Education and Outreach

While drug abuse is an issue that pervades all strata of society, very few individuals receive proper education about drug use or the risks that can be involved. As a result, many misconceptions exist about drugs, addiction, and drug users. Through educational programs at schools, outreach stalls in train stations and other public places, street plays and community awareness programs, Sankalp works towards educating the public on drug abuse issues to help prevent more cases of addiction and to raise sensitivity towards individuals suffering from the disease.
